• Designed and implemented the Marketing Infrastructure along with a Lead generation process that almost tripled the amount of leads generated on a weekly basis, while reducing the need for manual user input from the sales team.
• Grew the team from 7 to 15+ Growth Marketers
Designed and implemented an Event tracking plan based on Segment, tracking all user actions throughout the Marketing & Sales Funnel. The web properties tracked included a web app, the main website and 3rd party services, like the payment processor.
The setup allowed us to segment our users on a deep level, thus being able to target them with hyper-targeted communication campaigns.
Created a Conversational Marketing strategy based on Intercom, including the Marketing Automation use cases (e.g. user onboarding, reactivation, nurturing campaigns, etc.) using the data from Segment, and achieved over 42% open rate in our automated messages.
Being able to communicate through the right channels is of critical importance for the success of the user activation and engagement campaigns. This is why I created a Messenger chatbot for the business, allowing for seamless customer experience with over 85% open rate.
Designed and implemented the Marketing infrastructure, full-funnel Content and Messaging campaigns for 4 training programs.
Managed to bring in more than €90k in revenue with less than €6k total Marketing budget, by combining Segmentation and progressive profiling with interactive quizzes, dynamic forms, automated nurturing flows, chatbots and Content Marketing.
